Your choice of electrical stores in Ayamonte is somewhat limited nevertheless, you should be able to purchase everything you require locally. The new Electrodomesticos Ferrer store on the Poligono de Industrial is the largest with the biggest range in Ayamonte.
There are larger stores in Huelva offering a wider choice, but the prices for goods does not seem to vary a great deal. Carrefour in Cartaya also do a good range of electrical and domestic appliances and offer good value when items are on sale but otherwise are not particularly cheap.
New houses built for the Spanish market usually do not have a fitted kitchen. The property normally comes with kitchen fully tiled and plumbing in place for installing units and white goods. A number of the furniture stores supply and fit kitchen units and there are also a number of speciallist kitchen suppliers. Be aware of lead times they can be often 8 weeks or longer.
Ikea have good range of kitchens at reasonable prices and Muebles Martin at Villanueva de los Castillejos also have a good selection of kitchens, furniture and electrical goods. Muebles Martin can be reached by driving through Villablanca and San Silvestre de Guzman towards El Almendro. Villanueva is situated a few kilometres before El Almendro.
